There are two types of upload packages in the Media Room – normal and sealed.
All files uploaded in the Upload Package appear as individual assets. For video assets, a high quality viewing proxy will be created on ingest. This is in contrast to a sealed upload package type. A sealed upload package is used to store and transport a collection of files that you may normally zip or store in a folder. For example, you can select this option for DCP, DCDM , IMF, DPX and image sequence uploads.
You will be able to select your preferred package type in the "Upload Files" form, as outlined below.
